ES

Time for the second part in explaining, in brief, the two of the main cultures of the universe. Again, I'll write my own, completely unsided, opinion. So, read on to find out about the ES:
The ES are a group of humans made up of Soldiers, Generals and Technicians (I'll explain the technicalities of these three roles (such as their recruitment ages and training regimes) later so please comment what you want to hear about first) as well as normal civilians. Their full title is either the Elemental Slayers (during the Great War) or the Elemental Saviours (after the Great War). They are further split up into different regiments and ranks (which I'll go into later) depending on their particular role in society as well as their success in that role. The ES, and humankind, do not have control of the Elements and, so, have to rely on technology in order to develop and defend themselves.

They are governed by their superior ranks (such as the Commanders or High Scholars) who, in turn are governed by the SGT. The SGT are three ancient humans who have lived (somehow) since before the Great War and have great power and knowledge although not much else is known about them specifically due to their... particular interest in keeping secrets. Each ES member can pledge their allegiance to a particular member of the SGT or can work for all three of them.

Most of the ES live in the Elemental Void due to them being the only species on the Island that can survive there. However, ES members, due to their jobs, will often go around the Element Island, generally using Teleport Poles to get around quickly. In addition more humans (and some in the service of the ES) live on the mainland.

That's all on the ES for now and I hope that these two posts have helped to explain some things (and probably confuse you further as well).

Yours Sincerely,
The Chronicler

    1. First of all, thank you for commenting. In addition, I have a section in the symbolism series that might be able to help you with your question. I shall try and get the post done as soon as possible but if you have any more questions about this subject after the post, please comment them. Thanks again.
      Yours Sincerely,
      The Chronicler
