Electrifiers

And now for another weapon outline - this time plucked straight from the Legacy of O.U.T.L.A.W.S.! And this weapon, well it's shocking!

The Electrifiers are a marvel of engineering and a very fine example of how close the Elementals have come to harnessing the strange energies of lightning. Developed in 1912 GW by Paloe Oneye, the Electrifiers have become one of greatest and most used devices of the O.U.T.L.A.W.S. This is mainly due to their maneuverability as well as their non-lethal abilities. This has led to it becoming a key component in their extraction missions.

The Electrifier itself is a small two foot silver pole with a rubber grip at one end. The weapon is, in fact, in its 3rd version (a relatively low mark in comparison to other weapons, which shows how perfect it is, even from the beginning). The two upgrades have increased the voltage (to about 100,000 volts), decreased the delivery time and added an extender for when it is too dangerous to get close to the target. In addition, a lethal version has been developed but is rarely used by the O.U.T.L.A.W.S. (although the Executors have been known to keep a few in their armoury).

While the O.U.T.L.A.W.S are the main users of the Electrifiers, they are also used by various other Elemental factions such as the Lightningbolts and the aforementioned Executors.

A general tactic used by the O.U.T.L.A.W.S. is to distract the target until, either, they drop their guard or another team member can get close to them. Of course, if the element of surprise can be used, it is.

Examples of targets captured through the means of an Electrifier include:
Kyrok the Killer
Oim Lop
Qu Hute
