Ranks and Divisions of the ES

Somebody also wanted to know more about the Generals so I thought I'd chronicle this section from 'A Brief Glance at the ES' as I feel it describes the Generals and other factions/ranks of the ES rather well.

Overview:
The ES are an organisation of humans that live on the Element Island and are in charge of completing the task of 'freeing' this land from the Elementals. They are split into five main factions with many divisions. 

Leaders:
The leaders are at the top of the ES chain of command and govern all ES members both on and off of the Element Island. At the very top are the SGT (to whom all ES members owe allegiance - either to all or one of the three SGT members) followed by the Council and other government officials. Their base of operations is located in the Pure House in the Elemental Void. Each of the other four factions of the ES send their own officials to the Council and the highest in command of each faction sits on the Council along with some other members of the ES high command. Furthermore, the larger divisions of the ES such as the League of Hunters and Pyro Battalion have their own ranks such as the Leaders of the Hunt and Firebreathers and act on a slightly different command system to the main body of the ES (although, they still owe allegiance to the Council and SGT).

Soldiers:
The Soldiers are the main fighting force of the ES and are the ones that actively hunt and free the Elementals as well as defend points of strategic advantage. The Soldiers are led by their own Commanders (of which there are ten - one for each Elemental Section) who, in turn, is led by The Commander. Underneath these people are the various ranks and specialists who rule over specific regiments and divisions of the ES Soldiers.

Generals:
The Generals are the tacticians and scholars of the ES and are the ones that draw up the plans for the Soldier's attacks and record information about the Elementals and ES in the archives. While their command system is not as strict as that of the Soldiers, there is a chain of command that ends with the ten High Scholars (again, 1 for each Elemental Section) and The Scholar. Once again, the various smaller divisions of Generals are led by different heads and captains.

Technicians:
The Technicians are the creators and maintainers of all ES technology and, as such, have a command structure that allows unbridled creativeness. Whilst still having ten Master Technicians and The Technician as heads of this faction, the smaller divisions of Technicians act on more of a peer to peer basis (with some leaders to maintain order).

Other:
The final faction of the ES are the general population that reside withing the ES' banner and include all civilians both working and otherwise. They are governed directly by the Council although the people are mainly given free rule over their own lives (with some control of course).
